To strengthen research publication capacity and intellectual property protection, the Doctoral Program in Medical Science (DPMS) Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Brawijaya (FMUB), held a Workshop on Journal and Patent Writing Assistance in May 2025.
The workshop aimed to provide both technical and strategic guidance on writing scientific articles for reputable journals and to introduce the procedures and strategies for patent registration of research innovations. Participants received direct mentoring from experienced experts. The sessions included lectures, interactive discussions, and hands-on mentoring of journal drafts and patent documents brought by the participants. Individual consultations with experts were also available.
