The Doctoral Program in Medical Science, Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Brawijaya, held a Workshop on Learning Evaluation for the Even Semester and Preparation for the Odd Semester Academic Year 2025/2026 on August 14, 2025, at RK 3, 6th Floor, GPP Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Brawijaya (FMUB).
Dr. Nanda Wahyu Anandita, Sp.M (K), the Head of the Committee, emphasized that the learning system is an essential component of higher education, particularly at the doctoral level, which prioritizes the achievement of scientific, critical, and innovative competencies. To ensure that the learning process remains relevant, high-quality, and aligned with the scientific developments needed by society, regular evaluations are required. These evaluations include curriculum design, teaching methods, attainment of learning outcomes, and the active participation of both faculty and students in academic activities.
As an alumnus who currently serves as the Education Coordinator of the Doctoral Program in Medical Science, she further explained that the purpose of this workshop is to enhance the quality and effectiveness of teaching in the doctoral program through comprehensive evaluations, the design of strategic learning for the upcoming semester, and to strengthen collaboration among lecturers, students, and program managers in order to improve academic quality.
