Registration Information: Registration for new students of PDIK for odd semester starts on early February until the end of June while for even semester starts on early October until the end of December. The selection system for the applicants (student candidate) takes administration and academic completeness, and then proceeds to the next selection by conducting interview and psychological test (MMPI). The decision to accept student is issued by the suggestion from the Head of Study Program. The acceptance and the rejection of student candidate will be announced in written text by the Dean of FKUB to each student candidate’s address.

 

The procedure to apply is:

  • Student candidate filling the provided forms, which addressed to: Dean of Brawijaya University Medical Faculty, Jl. Veteran , Malang 65145, Telp. 0341-569117 Fax 0341-564755
  • As administration and academic requirements, the application is attached with three copies of:
  1. Legalized copy of graduation certificate (master degree).
  2. Legalized copy of grade list in University; for those who came from private universities have to submit state exams results.
  3. Assignment Letter/Permission Letter from superior (if the applicants are already working) that in the college years, he/she is freed from institutional duties. For lecturers from state university and private university the permission must be obtained from Rector. For student candidate from Health Departement the permission is obtained from her/his direct superior, for example, hospital director, chief of health bureau.
  4. Letter of infomation informing that he/she is not in structural position
  5. Letter of recommendation from three people who are considered capable of issuing the academic worthiness of the applicant.
  6. Letter of health information from state doctor, including letter of free from drug substances.
  7. Curricullum Vitae.
  8. Newest photograph with 4 x 6 cm size (4 copies).
  9. Copies of valid ID Card (KTP).
  10. Letter of information on financial source and/or person who responsible with the study financial.
  11. Post-Graduation Scientific work (for those required)
  12. Copies of certificate of TPA OTO-BAPPENAS & certificate which is equal with TOEFL with minimum score of 500. For the schedule of official TPA and TOEFL in Brawijaya University can be seen in ppsub service in www.ppsub.ub.ac.id

m. Scientific journal publication and or communication and participation in national/international seminar at least four in the last two years
